CRA’s Brussels office primarily provides competition policy advice for cases in front of the European Commission and economic and financial consulting services for cases in front of domestic competition authorities in Europe. Since opening in 2001, the office has played an important role in matters covering the full range of competition policy, including mergers, Article 81 and 82 cases, state aid and intellectual property issues. We also provide global antitrust and merger coverage, litigation support on commercial damages cases and regulatory analysis.
