B.A. Economics, Cum Laude, University of Massachusetts, Amherst Experience Jeffrey Prisbrey has extensive experience providing competition and regulatory analyses. He has conducted merger reviews and merger simulations, and he has conducted analyses of coordinated effects and collusion claims, class certification, monopolization via exclusive contracts, resale price maintenance, IP use and valuation in contract negotiations, access pricing, and damages resulting from antitrust violations. Dr. Prisbrey has worked on projects in a variety of industries, and he has consulted both in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining CRA, he was a vice president with Competition Policy Associates. Before that, he held positions as a senior economist in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and in the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.
