Ms. Fickling-Munge also assists clients with litigation and valuation issues related to intellectual property as well as performing valuations for tax purposes. Ms. Fickling-Munge has extensive experience in international and state tax planning projects, employing transfer pricing techniques to help support clients’ tax strategies. Ms. Fickling-Munge has helped to develop real options models and valuation techniques to support complex transfer pricing and tax structuring scenarios. She also has experience in the transfer pricing controversy arena in which she has assisted companies to successfully defend their intercompany prices against proposed allocations by the US Internal Revenue Service and various state and non-US tax authorities.
