M.Sc. Operations Research, University of Texas-Austin Experience Sugandha D Tuladhar is an associate principal who specializes in computable general equilibrium model development and its application. As a general equilibrium modeler with extensive econometric and programming skills, Dr. Tuladhar’s work focuses on the global impact of environmental and climate policy changes. In the past, he has worked on the G-Cubed Model and the Wilcoxen U.S. model. He also has extensive experience working in Nepal. Having consulted for the Asian Development Bank, Dr. Tuladhar is knowledgeable in the operational aspects of multilateral institutions, including the Asian Development Bank, DFIF, the World Bank, and USAID. At CRA, Dr. Tuladhar supports efforts in designing, maintaining, and implementing the MS-MRT model and the MRN model.
