BA, Chico State College Experience Anthony B. Sanders is a distinguished professor of real estate finance and co-director of the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship at George Mason University. His research and teaching focuses on investments with particular emphasis on real estate finance and investment. He has consulted on the subjects of mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Dr. Sanders has served as an expert witness on behalf of the Department of Justice, Merrill Lynch, UBS/Paine Webber, Wachovia/First Union Bank, and others on the subject of CMOs, CDOs, mortgage derivatives, residential and commercial mortgage origination, and underwriting.
