Three members of Boston’s Antitrust & Competition Economics’ junior staff started a ping pong “league.” Regular season, which we’re in now and may never get out of, has periodic tournaments and will culminate in a championship. Championship seeding will be determined by Elo ratings earned during the regular season. The rating system has created friendly rivalries, dramatic upsets, and high-profile games. Read more >
I start every day with a trip to the office kitchen with the Finance Practice junior staff. It’s not so much about the coffee and morning snacks, rather, it’s catching up with my peers about the prior night and discussing the tasks on our agendas for the day. After I’ve had my coffee, responded to emails, and addressed any pressing tasks, I typically touch base with my project managers. Read more >
Hello! My name is Julia Gorman and I’m thrilled to share with you a bit about myself and my time at Charles River Associates.
I’m from Colorado. I miss the sun and mountains, but am learning to love the ocean and seafood. I graduated from Boston College in May 2015, where I majored in Political Science and Economics. My Macroeconomics professor—also my College Fed Challenge coach and thesis advisor—recommended CRA to me junior year. I interned at CRA the summer after junior year and throughout my senior year.
