Make your mark at CRA
Diligence, attention to detail, and thoroughness will get you noticed; however, if you want to stand out, you’ll need an entrepreneurial spirit. Some of our most successful initiatives began with ideas from consultants across the firm. A junior level consultant recently developed a new mapping software for our clients, receiving a CRA Innovation Grant. CRA’s volunteer committee, junior class council and Go Green initiative were started by junior staff. You are encouraged to follow through on your ideas and contribute to our culture of intellectual curiosity, collegiality, and academic rigor.
How will you make your mark at CRA?
Founded in 2000 by a group of consultants, the CRA Volunteer Committee organizes and promotes volunteer activities within local offices and across the company. Volunteer events not only provide CRA employees with the opportunity to help their local community, but also allow them to interact with one another outside of a work setting. In 2015, CRA celebrated a global day of service in each of our offices, including Boston, Washington, DC, and London.
Alumni networkConnects alumni with recent news and provides a forum for discussion and networking with employees.
Social committeeOrganizes and promotes social activities within local offices to build relationships amongst colleagues outside of project work.
Junior class councilConsists of a representative from each office who is dedicated to helping the newest analyst class build skills, remain connected, and stay informed.
Women@CRA is an affinity group developed and led by women in leadership roles at CRA. This network of women was designed to increase engagement for women across the firm, and provide a forum for mentorship, professional development, and networking.
