Careers

Our success is based on the quality of our professional staff at all levels in the firm. The primary qualities we look for in candidates are first-rate intellectual ability and economic training, coupled with an aptitude for deploying these skills in a way that delivers valuable results for our clients.

General pre-requisites for success include:

  • an interest in applying economic principles to real-world problems;
  • ability to explain complex concepts to non-economists;
  • a clear and precise writing style;
  • the ability to work accurately and productively under pressure; and
  • self-motivation.

Language skills (in European languages) are an advantage but not essential. We are currently very interested in Italian-speaking and French-speaking applicants for our London and Brussels offices.

Extremely attractive rewards are on offer to those candidates who join us and perform well. We operate a flexible and meritocratic system of remuneration and promotion, whereby the best candidates can expect to progress rapidly.
