Commission clears Oracle`s takeover bid for PeopleSoft

The European Commission today gave unconditional clearance to the proposed takeover by Oracle Corporation of the software vendor PeopleSoft. We provided economic assistance to Oracle throughout the Commission's investigation. For more information see Commission Press Release
