CC clears Archant/INM deal

The Competition Commission has cleared unconditionally Archant`s acquisition of the local newspapers owned by INM in the London area. We have provided economic advice to Archant Ltd both in front of the Office of Fair Trading and throughout the Competition Commission inquiry.
