Economic evidence presented in GE/Honeywell appeal to CFI

Matthias Pflanz presented economic evidence on behalf of General Electric to the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg, at the hearing on GE's appeal against the European Commission's 2001 decision in GE/Honeywell. We acted for GE throughout the Commission's review into the merger and GE's subsequent appeal.
