Commission clears the acquisition of MOL's gas distribution business by E.ON Ruhrgas

After a Phase II investigation, the European Commission cleared (subject to undertakings and obligations) the acquisition of MOL's gas business by E.ON Ruhrgas. CRA provided economic advice to MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas during the EU investigation.
