Commission clears Oracle acquisition of Siebel

The European Commission has given Phase I clearance to Oracle Corporation's acquisition of Siebel Systems, a leading supplier of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. A team from CRA International's London office assisted Oracle with the European merger control aspects of the transaction.
