The acquisition of the Topvar brewery by SAB Miller is unconditionally approved by the Slovakian Antimonopoly office (AMO)

The acquisition of regional brewery Topvar by SAB Miller was cleared without conditions by the Slovakian Antimonopoly office (AMO) following a nine-months long investigation. CRA International provided economic advice to SABMiller throughout the enquiry. Issues raised by the transaction included coordinated effects, particularly on the on-trade beer market.
