The OFT has unconditionally cleared the completed acquisition by Macquarie Infrastructure Fund II and Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group of Airwave Safety Communications Limited. Dr Andrea Coscelli of CRA International provided economic advice to the Macquarie Funds throughout the OFT investigation.
