The OFT clears the acquisition by Arqiva Ltd of BT's satellite broadcast services business (BT SBS)

The OFT has unconditionally cleared the anticipated acquisition of BT SBS by Arqiva Ltd. The Parties overlap in the supply to broadcasters of satellite distribution services for television broadcasting to UK viewers. Andrea Coscelli and Vicki Mertzanidou of CRA International advised Arqiva throughout the OFT investigation.
