Adrien Cervera-Jackson is an Associate Principal in Charles River Associates' European Competition Practice. He has specific expertise and experience dealing with economic issues in the media and telecommunications industries. Since joining CRA, he has provided advice and economic analysis on competition issues raised in a variety of merger cases before the European, French and South African competition authorities. He has also worked on several antitrust cases before the U.K. High Court and the French Autorité de la concurrence involving allegations of anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominance, as well as providing regulatory advice to clients in the broadcasting sector. His experience covers a range of industries, including broadcasting, telecommunications, healthcare, enterprise software, online travel agency services, copper production, food manufacturing and waste management.

Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Cervera-Jackson was an economic advisor at Ofcom, the U.K. regulatory authority for communications industries. In this role, he was lead economist and project manager on a number of projects dealing with competition and regulatory issues in the television broadcasting, radio broadcasting, and telecoms sectors. He was also an integral part of the management of Ofcom's internal peer review process, tasked with ensuring that the regulator's economic analyses were robust and capable of withstanding scrutiny. Mr. Cervera-Jackson is fluent in both English and French.
