Pascale Déchamps is an Associate Principal with extensive experience providing advice to clients on the antitrust risks raised by several transactions and conducts under different jurisdictions. At the European level, her experience includes contributing to the economic analysis of the Oracle/PeopleSoft, Saint-Gobain Weber/Maxit and Pernod Ricard/V&S mergers as well as assessing the potential impact of anticompetitive behaviour by major companies, in the context of cartel investigations (e.g. bathroom fittings) or investigations into abuse of dominant position (e.g. reverse vending machines).

At the French level, she advised numerous companies under cartel investigations in markets such as steel product wholesaling and employment agencies. She participated in merger assessments and for example worked for the parties in the TF1/TMC-NT1 phase II merger. She has experience with a variety of sectors, including car components, luxury goods, music and video recording and distributing, television broadcasting, electricity and gas, mining, construction materials and petroleum.
