Pascale Déchamps is an Associate Principal with experience providing advice to clients on the antitrust risks raised by several transactions and conducts under different jurisdictions. At the European level, her experience spans contributing to the economic analysis of the Oracle/PeopleSoft, Saint-Gobain/BPB, Bridgestone/Bandag or Owens Corning/Vetrotex mergers, to the appeal of EDP to the Court of First Instance in the EDP/ENI/GDP merger, to the assessment of the State Aid received by Alstom, as well as the evaluation of allegations of anticompetitive behaviour by major companies at the European level. At the French level, she participated in the investigations of practices implemented by the Parisian Palaces and flagrance companies as well as the Panfish/Marine Harvest merger or the assessment of damages potentially imposed by a cartel between electric cable companies. She has experience with a variety of sectors, including car components, luxury goods, music and video recording and distributing, electricity and gas, mining, construction materials and petroleum.
