Edward  Droste

Dr. Edward Droste is a principal with extensive experience in the economics of competition, regulation, competitive strategy, and government policy on market design. He has worked on engagements in a wide range of industries, including financial services, utilities, telecommunications and media, and healthcare. Before joining CRA, Edward Droste was a senior economist at the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa). His responsibilities included providing economic and econometric analysis in the context of competition cases and market investigations, with special emphasis on the banking and insurance industry. Dr. Droste previously worked for energy company Essent as a regulatory economist, and at KPMG Economic Consulting where he advised clients and led engagements in their market and government practice.
