Dr. Ian Small, Vice President, is a specialist in the application of quantitative techniques to antitrust issues. Since joining Lexecon Ltd in 1999, he has worked on a wide range of competition cases in various jurisdictions. These include cases before the European Commission such as BP/E.ON, Tetra/Sidel, Air Liquide/BOC, TotalFina/Elf; before the UK competition authorities such as Asda/Safeway, H&H Celon/Marley, Nutreco/Hydro Seafood, Scottish Milk Enquiry and the Supermarket inquiry; before the Dutch competition authorities, such as Air Products/AGA Transfer; and before the German competition authorities such as BP/E.ON. He has also worked on a number of commercial litigation cases.
