Bob Stillman specializes in the analysis of competition issues and in the quantification of damages in commercial litigation. Based in London and Brussels, Dr. Stillman has worked on some of the European Commission's leading Article 102 (formerly Article 82) cases (Microsoft and Qualcomm) as well as various mergers and cartel investigations. He has supervised the economic analysis for clients involved in market investigations before the U.K. Competition Commission. He also works regularly in South Africa, where he has participated in numerous merger proceedings and other matters involving the South African Competition Commission and Tribunal.
