Analysis of AT&T/T-Mobile merger

AT&T’s proposed $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile would have created the largest wireless carrier in the US, but it also raised a variety of antitrust concerns. On behalf of Sprint Nextel, CRA experts analyzed the proposed merger and demonstrated that the merger would be anticompetitive and harm consumers. AT&T ultimately chose to abandon the deal.
