Wind and gas fired generators retained a CRA expert to address market rule issues, and subsequent contract negotiations with the OPA. CRA has assisted the OPA in negotiations of gas fired and hydroelectric generation contracts, and in renewable and cogeneration program design with particular focus on the market-contract interactions.
