Solution: CRA engaged in competitive intelligence gathering by conducting market research and industry interviews and a SWOT assessment of the competing teams and their ability to fill systems requirements.  Our assessment allowed our client to realistically understand the competition’s P-Go and P-Win metrics.  Our client used CRA’s findings and insights to alter their best and final offer to their defense industry customer.
