A competitor of a producer and distributor of portion-pack coffee and brewers filed a preliminary injunction stemming from antitrust allegations, seeking to block the launch of a new brewer which – the competitor argued – would cause irreparable harm. CRA performed insolvency analyses of the competitor, supported an expert during the report stage, and provided support at hearings in the Southern District of New York. Our client was successful in its defense from this preliminary injunction.
