CRA provided rebuttal analyses and trial testimony regarding the plaintiff’s diminution of value, corrective advertising, and unjust enrichment damages claims of approximately $13 million. In addition, CRA was instrumental in assisting trial counsel with cross-examination preparation for key plaintiff expert and fact witnesses.
