Counsel for Yale-New Haven Hospital (YNHH) and the Hospital of Saint Raphael (HSR) retained CRA to document that the merger would alleviate HSR’s serious financial difficulties while creating additional bed capacity and significant clinical benefits. After a second request review, the FTC and Connecticut Attorney General closed their investigations of the transaction.
