An internationally recognized health care research institution and medical center engaged CRA to assist it in preparing for negotiations with other treatment facility operators for the license of a proton treatment patent portfolio. As part of its work, CRA identified potential worldwide licensees, developed detailed financial models from the client’s and licensee’s perspective, and provided a negotiation preparation package for negotiations with potential licensees that included proposed financial term sheets under different license structures and sensitivity analyses.
