Aaron Dolgoff, CFA, specializes in securities valuation, damages, corporate finance, and financial markets analysis. He manages CRA projects that concern securities and business valuation, securities litigation damages, bankruptcy, and general business damages. In securities litigation contexts, Mr. Dolgoff has experience estimating Rule 10b-5 and Section 11 damages; assessing class certification, materiality, and causation claims; and assisting clients in mediation and case discovery.
In his prior work at Monitor Group, Mr. Dolgoff specialized in corporate finance and its application to corporate and business unit strategy, organizational design, and investment decision-making.
