Abby Turner is a principal in the Labor & Employment Practice at CRA. She specializes in labor economics, econometrics, and the economics of education.

Dr. Turner has managed projects related to Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFFCP) audits of federal contractors. She also has research and consulting experience related to the regulation of and outcomes of for-profit post-secondary education.

In her current position, Dr. Turner builds databases, analyzes proprietary employment and publicly available labor data, and prepares reports for consulting and litigation labor and employment cases. Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Turner taught at both the secondary and post-secondary levels, including at Carnegie Mellon University. She is a member of the American and Southern Economic Associations.
