Ann K. McDermott
Ann K. McDermott has more than 15 years of experience in consulting on economics and public policy issues, specializing in natural resources, antitrust, intellectual property, and damages. Ms. McDermott manages all aspects of CRA litigation engagements: coordinating with client/counsel and supervising staff; formulating research and analysis plans and theory of the case; preparing expert reports, trial testimony, and demonstrative exhibits; testifying in deposition and trial; and preparing other expert economists for deposition and trial.
In addition, she assists counsel with preliminary case analysis, argument formulation, and formulation of strategies and questions for deposition and cross-examination of opposing economic experts. Prior to joining CRA, she was a senior managing consultant in the Environment and Natural Resources Group at LECG. She has also worked overseas as an agricultural economist and policy advisor for Development Alternatives, Inc.
