Mr. Milinda (Billy) Muttiah is an Associate Principal in the Life Science Practice with more than 20 years of experience at Charles River Associates.
Mr. Muttiah has worked on a broad range of cases involving securities litigation, international arbitration, contract disputes, tax litigation, business valuation and management consulting. Mr. Muttiah has extensive experience in valuation of asset portfolios, equity, debt, and derivatives instruments that frequently involve data-intensive analyses. He is proficient in financial and business modeling, market multiple analysis, financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, fixed income analysis, option pricing, and risk analysis. He has also advised companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring activities. In the life sciences sector, he has assessed damages in commercial disputes related breach of contracts. His work spans across multiple industries including, life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial markets, commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, metals and mining, chemicals, oil and gas, electricity, renewable energy, and manufacturing.
