Christopher J. Bokhart has extensive experience in preparing claims for economic loss in patent and trademark cases, including calculation of lost profits, reasonable royalty prejudgment interest, and cost of capital.

He has prepared and analyzed claims for damages related to theft of trade secrets, the diminution in value of intangible assets due to infringement, product liability, and antitrust and breach of contract, among others. Mr. Bokhart has also provided expert testimony on the subjects of lost profits, reasonable royalty, the value of client lists and other trade secrets, the value of trademarks, and the breach of license agreements.

In addition to his consulting in the litigation environment, Mr. Bokhart has advised clients on the value of proprietary technology to get financing for corporate acquisitions and expansion. He has also consulted with respect to licensing technology commercialization and transfer, market assessment, and business planning.
