Edward Flaherty specializes in applying statistical analyses to labor employment issues pertaining to age, race/ethnicity, and gender. Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Flaherty was with ERS Group where he handled issues including compensation, termination, promotion, wage and hour violations under the FLSA, audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), as well as damages resulting from alleged employment discrimination. Dr. Flaherty has served clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, big-box retail, telecommunications, and federal agencies.
