George Minkovsky has an extensive experience in valuation, financial accounting, and auditing matters. Mr. Minkovsky has consulted on shareholder disputes, securities fraud, solvency, breach of contract, auditor malpractice, and corporate governance and structure of a network of audit firms. He has assisted counsel in high profile board directed investigations of allegations of fraud and accounting irregularities.
Mr. Minkovsky has managed complex litigation projects and has worked with leading testifying and consulting experts. His experience spans many industries, including automotive, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, consumer goods, print and media, shipping and transportation, housing and real estate, utilities, private equity, and venture capital.
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Minkovsky was a senior consultant at NERA Economic Consulting and Director at Navigant Consulting and Chicago Partners. Before entering the economic and litigation consulting industry, Mr. Minkovsky worked as a corporate financial analyst for Procter & Gamble and Motorola.
