Harrison Vale is an associate principal in the Transfer Pricing Practice of Charles River Associates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the firm in 2012 he has been involved with the analysis surrounding a wide variety of transfer pricing topics.
The transfer pricing engagements he has worked on include, but are not limited to: global tax planning, cost sharing arrangements, intellectual property valuation, headquarter cost allocations, audit defense and dispute resolution, intercompany lending, business restructurings, and the preparation of annual documentation reports under both the OECD and US Treasury regulations. Harrison provides consulting services primarily to clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, computer hardware, software, SaaS, and consumer product industries.
Mr. Vale focuses on helping clients achieve their goals while ensuring that their tax structure remains consistent with the businesses value drivers.
