Jonathan D. Yellin has extensive experience in contract negotiations, asset purchase agreements, and complex acquisition issues. As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Mr. Yellin oversees the global legal affairs of CRA, as well as participates in a broad array of CRA Board and CRA senior management activities.
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Yellin was a senior partner in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice at Riemer & Braunstein LLP, where he focused on complex in- and out-of-court restructurings and sales and acquisitions for numerous clients from a variety of industries. In 2002, Mr. Yellin represented CRA in its successful bid to acquire the North American, U.K., and Mexican Chemicals and Energy consulting practices of the then Arthur D. Little Corporation. Mr. Yellin also has significant going-concern operational experience as a court-appointed trustee to oversee the restructuring and successful reorganization/sale of several companies. He has been a Sub Committee Co-Chair of the Governance Committee for the Corporate and Securities Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel, a member of the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, the past Chairman of the Bankruptcy Practice Group of the Business Council for the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association of New England. Mr. Yellin currently serves on the board of directors of the Jewish Family and Children's Services of Greater Boston.
