Konstantin Ebinger is a Principal at Charles River Associates (CRA) and the head of CRA’s Munich Competition office.
Konstantin has provided economic advice on competition issues in a large number of cases before the European Commission and national competition authorities. In particular, he has significant experience in quantifying damages for cartel damage litigation, having assisted both plaintiffs and defendants on high profile pan-European cases. Further, Konstantin has advised on merger and abuse cases in a number of different industries including FCMG, chemicals and minerals, specialized medical devices, manufacturing as well as telecommunications. Before opening the CRA office in Munich in 2016, Konstantin was based in CRA’s London office. Prior to joing CRA in 2014, Konstantin was at economic consultancies in Berlin and Washington, DC.
