Matthew D. Shedd
Mr. Shedd assists clients with accounting, valuation, and liquidity matters associated with civil and criminal litigation. He is also an accounting resource for other CRA professionals helping them with specific issues encountered in their client assignments. Mr. Shedd, a retired Ernst & Young LLP audit partner, came to CRA with 36 years of operational and financial experience, having served public and private companies in a wide variety of industries. He was responsible for the Boston office Retail, Distribution, and Manufacturing Audit practice. Mr. Shedd was a coordinating partner, responsible for building and managing relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and boards of directors. He has significant large-scale project management experience and strong knowledge of accounting, internal control, reporting, and SEC matters. He has extensive experience with multinational companies, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, debt and equity financing, international expansion, and audit committees. Mr. Shedd is fully conversant with the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts.
