Michael McDonnell is a principal within CRA’s Forensic Services practice, specializing in forensic investigations and eDiscovery. He has over 16 years of experience working on high profile litigation, investigative, and regulatory matters for clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, energy, auto, education, and telecommunications, as well as local government and Federal Government clients.
Mike has served as strategic advisor, technical consultant, and project manager, assisting clients with all aspects of eDiscovery including data retention protocols, data identification and collection procedures, software selection and implementation, data processing and hosting, and document review and production protocols. His current focus is on innovations in eDiscovery, text analytics, eDiscovery applications for cybersecurity and incident response matters, technology assisted review, strategic consulting regarding workflows in all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and structured data discovery.
