Nate Schnader is a principal in CRA’s Forensic Services Practice, where he works on high profile matters pertaining to digital forensics, incident response, and cyber security. He recovers facts from computers and electronic storage devices to help attorneys and investigators make informed decisions. He provides objective assessments of digital evidence in matters related to legal or ethical issues, data breach incidents, theft of valuable information, and other corporate investigations. His work is often used in support of civil and criminal litigation and investigative matters.
Mr. Schnader has provided expert testimony in matters filed in U.S. federal and state courts. Mr. Schnader is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), and a Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME). He has received extensive training in information security, incident response, data privacy, and digital forensic investigations.
