Olga is an Associate Principal at Charles River Associates and a Senior Visiting Policy Scholar at the Center for Business and Public Policy at Georgetown University. Olga is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law. Olga currently serves as a Young Economist Representative of the Media and Technology Committee.
Olga has provided support to experts on a range of cases which include an arbitration involving a dispute between two major telecommunications companies in Canada over a roaming rate; an antitrust matter involving a platform company charged with conspiracy; a labor case involving a dispute as to whether workers at a company should be categorized as independent contractors or employees; a consumer deception case involving consumer packaged goods; an antitrust matter involving a manufacturer of transportation equipment which required hedonic and index analyses of prices; and several cases involving patent infringement, trade secrets infringement, and reasonable royalty calculations. She also managed and conducted research for a white paper aimed to be submitted to regulatory agencies related to 5G.
Olga conducted research and published articles in peer-reviewed economic journals on topics related to the telecommunications industry and regulatory issues surrounding it, inefficiencies arising in pricing of complementary services sold by monopolist firms, and the impact of access to health information on consumer behavior and health outcomes. Additionally, she has been actively participating in the policy-making process by presenting her research findings at the FCC, being a discussant on panels, and writing comments and white papers related to important policy issues.
Previously, Olga was a Managing Consultant at Navigant, a Director at Ankura Consulting, a Research Assistant Professor at the McDonough School of Business, a post doctoral fellow at the Center for Business and Public Policy at Georgetown University, an Associate Intern at Analysis Group, and a Senior Strategy Consultant Intern at IBM.

Olga received her Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Economics from New Economic School, Russia, and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University, Russia.
