Pappe is an associate principal in the New York office. He joined Marakon’s New York office in September 2004 as a member of the Customer Value Group.

Since joining Marakon, Pappe has worked with clients in B2B and B2C industries. His work has focused primarily on generating customer insights to inform business growth alternatives. In particular, Pappe is experienced in applying marketing science to develop winning customer segmentation, product or service innovation, offer optimization, competitive positioning assessment, pricing, branding, sales force effectiveness, etc.
Prior to joining Marakon, Pappe spent seven years with the Marketing Sciences Unit of Mercer Management Consulting, Boston.
