Ms. Patricia Roberts offers more than 30 years of international experience in the oil and gas industries. Ms. Roberts has broad expertise in strategic business planning, commercial strategy, contract negotiation, economic and market analysis, regulatory assessments, project development, and expert analysis and testimony for international energy litigation and arbitration matters. She is accomplished in providing these services to large global energy companies and utilities, national energy companies, state energy agencies, independent developers, equity investors, banks, and law firms.
Since 2005, Ms. Roberts has been an independent consultant and advising clients on large-scale LNG infrastructure projects and commercial arrangements for businesses under development, in start-up phases, and in ongoing operations. Her experience in these fields spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Within these regions, she offers direct energy market experience in Peru, US, Canada, UK, Hong Kong, Spain, Germany, Russia, Nigeria, and other countries. From 1980 to 2004, Ms. Roberts worked for the Shell Group of Companies in their oil, oil products, and gas and power divisions in front-line commercial roles.
