Peter Nolan

Vice President, Co-Practice Leader of Risk, Investigations & Analytics

Peter Nolan is a Vice President and the co-leader of the Risk, Investigations & Analytics practice. He has extensive experience in the strategy, sale, management, and delivery of consulting services in investigations, cybersecurity, independent monitorship, and monitoring trustee assignments.

Mr. Nolan has advised on anti-money laundering/Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA) investigations; due diligence; geopolitical, business and market intelligence; asset tracing; and internal investigations, including fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) investigations. His work is primarily focused in the financial services and alternative investments sector, as well as in life sciences, chemicals, and energy, among other industries.

Peter speaks Chinese (Mandarin) and has used his language skills throughout his career, particularly on business and market intelligence assignments in Asia.
