Vice President

Quenton Kincaid Wright is a vice president in the Labor & Employment Practice at CRA. She assists her clients with litigation support in single plaintiff and class action discrimination litigation, state and FLSA wage and hour litigation, proactive consulting, and government compliance and investigations.

Mrs. Wright is frequently engaged in class action employment discrimination matters where she designs and implements statistical analyses that model the employer’s processes to assess equity in pay, leveling, promotions, performance, hiring, and attrition that aid counsel in developing a strategic defense. She draws on this experience when assisting employers in proactive assessments of pay equity, designing effective remediation strategies, and in preparing cents on the dollar analyses intended for public disclosure.

Mrs. Wright’s keen attention to detail enables employers and their counsel to navigate fact-finding discovery, uncovering key information for a strong defense. Her team analyzes this data to provide a range of exposure estimates that might be presented by opposing experts at trial.

Mrs. Wright supports employers in government investigations. Employers come to Mrs. Wright when they need an economist to estimate potential exposure and/or to communicate the statistical model to government agencies. She also assists employers in their state and federal reporting obligations.

Mrs. Wright has presented seminars on the statistical analysis of employment practices to attorneys and human resource professionals. She has been a regular presenter at SHRM, NELI, and NILG.
