His industry experience includes metals & mining, chemicals, healthcare, industrial products, defense, retail, consumer foods, and packaging. He has extensive experience working with both North American and European clients.

- Assisted a US consumer food company to identify the sources and drivers of value within the existing franchise network and create strategies that create value for both the company and its franchisees

Prior to joining Marakon, Randy worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. in their Real Estate investment banking division where he assisted in the sale and financing of several large office and retail properties.
