Sridhar Moorthy, Senior Consultant, is the Manny Rotman Professor of Marketing at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He has taught previously at the University of Rochester, Yale University, University of Pennsylvania, UCLA, and INSEAD. His expertise is in the application of economic principles to marketing problems. He has written extensively on distribution channels, advertising, branding, and product differentiation.
Professor Moorthy is an area editor of marketing science, an associate editor of quantitative marketing and economics, and serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Marketing Channels and Review of Marketing Science. He has testified as an expert witness on matters involving advertising, branding, and distribution for a variety of private clients and the Competition Bureau.
