Stephen Kletter

Principal

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Stephen Kletter, Principal, has served as either project manager or principal investigator on numerous antitrust and regulatory studies at CRA.

Specifically, he has worked on cases dealing with competition issues, class certification, damages assessment, patent infringement, contract disputes, transfer pricing, and industry performance analysis. He has also assisted in all facets of preparing economic expert witnesses to testify in litigation or regulatory agency proceedings.

Mr. Kletter has extensive industry expertise in payment card networks as well as telecommunications, blood plasma fractionation, wholesaling, and a variety of industrial products. In a previous position, Mr. Kletter supervised and coordinated the efforts of large interdisciplinary teams of scientists and economists who were conducting complex environmental and economics studies.
