Sveta Ksenofontova is a Principal in CRA’s Energy Practice and has more than 15 years of valuation and investment expertise. She specializes in valuation analyses for industrial, energy and consumer clients in international arbitration cases and M&A due diligence. She has an extensive expertise in enterprise and asset valuations, company and market modelling and forecasting across a range of industries, including retail, engineering and construction, energy and industrials. She also has experience in international arbitration.
Prior to joining CRA, Ms. Ksenofontova was a director at TIAA-CREF Asset Management, covering industrials, transportation, aerospace and defense, oil services, agribusiness, and select metals and mining. She ran a $50 million portfolio and generated investment ideas for a $6 bn US large cap value and a $5bn US mid cap value portfolio, with responsibility for the performance of the industrials sleeve within both portfolios. Previous roles have included research roles at Bernstein Value Equities, Morgan Stanley and McKinsey & Company.
